Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Easymotion Exercise Clinic respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us.

Information we collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your name, email address, phone number, information you submit through our website or advertising forms, and information you provide when contacting us about our services.

If you become a client, we may also collect information reasonably necessary to provide our services, including information about your health history, physical activity, goals, limitations, and exercise program.

How we use your information

We may use your personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information
  • Contact you after you request a phone consultation or submit an inquiry
  • Determine whether our services may be appropriate for your needs
  • Schedule appointments and communicate with you about our services
  • Provide and administer services to clients
  • Process payments and maintain appropriate business records
  • Improve our services and communications
  • Meet applicable legal, regulatory, and professional obligations

Facebook and other advertising platforms

If you submit your information through a Facebook, Instagram, or other online advertising form, the information you provide may be shared with Easymotion Exercise Clinic so that we can respond to your inquiry and contact you regarding the services you expressed interest in.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to the privacy practices and policies of the applicable platform.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

With your permission, our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location. The Meta Pixel helps us measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work, including when someone visits our site or submits a consultation request. Meta may also use this information to show our ads to people who may be interested.

Optional tracking does not load until you choose “Accept” in our cookie preferences notice. Choosing “Reject optional cookies” prevents both Google Analytics and Meta Pixel from loading. We save your choice in your browser so you are not repeatedly asked. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” on our website. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from requesting a consultation. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, neither tool loads.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, consultation goals or health information to Meta or Google through these tools. Tracking runs separately from our forms, without automatic advanced matching, and uses page addresses without query parameters or fragments. These providers may receive cookie identifiers, technical browser and device information, and your IP address when optional tracking is accepted. Information you submit in our forms is handled separately as described in this policy.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy. For questions, contact info@easymotion.ca.

Service providers

We may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate our business, such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, website hosting, email, communications, advertising, and other business software providers.

Personal information may be shared with these providers only as reasonably necessary for them to provide services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, or alteration.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention of personal information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, regulatory, professional, and business requirements.

Your privacy choices

You may contact us to ask questions about your personal information or request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may ask us to stop sending them at any time.

Consent

By voluntarily providing personal information to Easymotion Exercise Clinic, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law. Where required, we will seek additional consent for other uses of your personal information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
